Use a plain, light-coloured background.
Face the camera directly and keep your face centred.
Keep a neutral facial expression.
Eyes must be open and your full face clearly visible.
Do not wear sunglasses or tinted glasses.
Head coverings should not be worn except for religious or medical reasons.
The image must be sharp and high-resolution, without blur, filters or heavy retouching.
Use even lighting without strong shadows, glare or red-eye.
Recommended minimum image size: 600 × 800 pixels.
