Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can sometimes change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel your tour before arrival, we maintain a flexible cancellation policy with minimal fees. The only charge applied is a modest $25 USD administrative fee per person, which covers the costs of processing your Invitation Letter and associated documentation. This approach ensures we can continue providing efficient visa support services while keeping cancellation costs as low as possible for our valued travelers. In certain situations, we may request payment of cancellation charges for hotel reservations and/or guide services and transportation arrangements, though this typically occurs only when you cancel within one week of your scheduled departure date.
