You need to send the following documents to Darvazatour:

1. Passport Copy: Ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your tour’s end date. The copy must be a clear, color scan with no cut edges. This is crucial as improperly scanned passports often cause delays.
2. Color Photo of Face: Provide a standard color photo of document type. It must be taken on a light background (not necessarily white), without glasses and without hair covering part of the face. Please, do not smile in the photograph. The photo can be taken with a smartphone, and we can adjust its size if necessary.

After you send the documents, the Letter of Invitation (LOI) will be ready within 2 weeks (if it’s not too early before your trip date). We will send you a copy of the issued invitation letter by email.

After you get the invitation you can go to the Turkmenistan Embassy and take the visa from there or you can take the visa at arrival in Turkmenistan, at the land border crossing point or at the Airport. It is recommended to have your LOI printout on the paper with you when you are entering Turkmenistan. This will speed up the procedure of border crossing.
